The previous fortnight, a close mate and I began dismantling the winged chair shown above to spare myself $2000 (I've got 2 of them and professional reupholstering would run about $1000 per chair) whilst picking up some fresh upholstery techniques. This is the sole shot... I haven't made any headway since it was taken (roughly 10 days back), though I'm keen that with your support (and with the drive of sharing on the blog!) this becomes one of those projects I actually complete! I'm presently working through several books and tutorials on some brilliant DIY sites.
