it's that time again (for bowerbird bazaar)

Bowerbird Bazaar is on this weekend in a fresh venue: The Stirling Angus Pavillion at the Wayville Showgrounds, Goodwood Road, Wayville SA (entrance via Rose Tce).

Here are a few things worth exploring:

Grandeliers: Crafted and produced in Tasmania from sustainable local timber, these spectacular flat-packed Grandeliers are stylish and impressive! I can't wait to get some of the Genie designs for our dining table.... Several of the Grandeliers work as lamp shades as well and I'm keen on one more for a quiet reading spot! Mucke:Innovative eco-conscious garment creations for those of us who enjoy breaking the mould. Ellie Mucke designs and produces clothing collections where she breathes fresh purpose into pre-loved garments, reimagining their form and function. Ellie is devoted to crafting garments that invite play and engagement, and after being captivated by a piece she displayed to my companion and myself on our initial visit, we came back to marvel at it and settle on buying it. Discover Ellie's creative space here.

Sustainable Stubbies: Ruth Allen transforms glass bottles into new creations (currently primarily beer bottles, though expanding into spirits and eyeing the accessories sector. I'm impressed by her collection. It makes me feel better about my beer consumption. Learn more here.

There were loads more traders worth mentioning, but that's as much as I'm sharing. You'll want to visit Bowerbird to explore everything yourself.
